1. Order Cancellation

  • You may cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it, provided it has not been processed or shipped.
  • Once the order is processed or shipped, cancellation will not be possible.
  • To request cancellation, please contact our customer support at support@datewithnuts.com  with your order details.
     

2. Refund Policy

  • Refunds for Cancellations: If your order is eligible for cancellation, we will process the refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
  • Damaged or Incorrect Products: If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos or videos as proof. We will replace the product or issue a refund, based on your preference.
  • Non-Refundable Items: Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns or refunds for reasons such as taste preference, texture, or change of mind.

  • Other Locations: 4–8 business days
    Delivery times may vary due to location, courier delays, or unforeseen circumstances.

  • Shipping changes would be applicable as specified during the purchase.
     

6. Damages During Transit

  • If your package is damaged during transit, please contact us within 24 hours with photos or videos, so we can resolve the issue promptly.
